PLANNING SERVICES
Although we provide Design & Build Services, our architectural services package is available as a stand-alone service should you wish to explore the design possibilities of your Loft Conversion/Extension prior to placing an order for the build
Do you need professional Architectural Drawings for your Loft Conversion or Extension Project in Greater London?
Our basic Loft Conversion Architectural Services package is aimed at providing you with a design on paper of your desired space. We can submit the drawings to the local authority to obtain the necessary permissions and use your drawings to give you a fixed price quotation for the Construction Work.
We ordinarily provide:
An Architectural Survey, A set of 2D CAD drawings (in .pdf format and on A3 paper) to include existing & proposed plans, elevations and sections, Up to 3 revisions of the drawings, Submitting the drawings to the local authority to obtain planning permission or a lawful development certificate.
(3D visuals are available at additional cost)
This service is especially useful for clients that have several options for their Loft Conversion and wish to get the design right prior to committing to a specification or build budget. Likewise, we often find that with Ground Floor Extensions there are a multitude of options (as the space isn’t as constrained as the Loft) and it’s worth getting the design right prior to budgeting the project or making any key decisions.
Standard Package
Our standard package starts from £2200
